GUIDELINES FOR ALL EVENTS


1. A team consisting a maximum of 2 members is allowed in each category.
2. Only one team per college is allowed in each event.
3. Conference registration is mandatory for participation.
4. Timings and dates for events may be subjected to variability depending on the availability of venue and will be intimated to participants through mail and also will be kept on website.
5. One team may choose to participate in more than one event but participants are advised to keep an eye on the possibility of conflict between two events as a matter of schedule.
6. Decision made by organizing committee will be final in all the aspects of the competition.


INTER COLLEGE PG QUIZ

PRELIMS – RULES
1. The preliminary round is an MCQ test covering the speciality as well as General knowledge.
2. General Knowledge constitutes current affairs related to India, World Geography, History, Art, Literature, Sports, Science and Nature.
3. There will be 25 questions and teams will be eliminated based on the score achieved.
4. 6 teams will advance to the finals which will be held on the next day.


QUIZ FINALS – RULES

1. The topics for the finals will be the same as the preliminary round
2. Six rounds of two questions per round.
3. Each round will be based on a category/ subject (e.g. Resin Composite… etc)
4. Each question will be answered in secret by the teams by writing it down.
5. A correct answer will earn 10 points.
6. The 3rd round (midpoint) will include a chance to win bonus points.
7. The 6th round will be a wager round where participants have to wager points based on what they have earned in the last five rounds.
8. The teams that answer correctly on the 6th round will earn double the points wagered.


EDUCATION COMICS

1. Only one team per college containing a maximum of two participants are allowed
2. The comics should fit in A4 Size paper
3. The font used should be clearly visible and attractive
4. The education comics should provide briefly the information understandable to both dentists and layman
5. One need to register for education comic student activity available in the conference website
6. The e-format should be submitted online. The hard copy should be displayed during conference
7. The day and time of display will be informed after registering for the same

RULES AND GUIDELINES
1. Only one team per college containing a maximum of two participants is allowed.
2. Participants can use materials which are easily available such as dental plaster, modeling wax etc. to make models on the day of competition.
3. No materials will be provided by at venue and participants have to arrange the needful things before the commencement of competition.
4. Participants can choose between a set of topics provided below, which will soon be displayed on the conference website.
5. All the projects should be innovative, easy to understand, economical, and environmental friendly. Priority will be given for patient education models.
6. Time and venue for competition will be available on the conference website and will also be sent by mail.
7. Participants duly have to fill an entry form available in the website and upload it to the corresponding mail id. (studentevents33iacde@gmail.com)
8. Best among the entries will be displayed in the conference venue during conference period and also will get a mention in the souvenir of conference.

RULES AND GUIDELINES
1. Only one team per college containing a maximum of two participants is allowed.
2. Participants may choose to use paints, crayons, sketch and pencils.
3. Painting/sketch should be innovative and self-explanatory.
4. No pre prepared and printed materials are allowed into competition hall.
5. No materials will be provided at the venue and participants have to arrange the needful things before the commencement of competition.
6. Participants can choose between a set of topics provided below, which will soon be displayed on the conference website.
7. Time and venue for competition will be available in the conference website and will also be sent by mail.

EXPERIMENTAL MODELS

1. Any number of participants per college can display their experimental models
2. A brief introduction and working principle of model should be presented along with the model
3. Diagrammatic representation of model has to be prepared
4. One need to register in the conference website for displaying the experimental models
5. The models should be related to operative dentistry, endodontics and dental materials
6. Examples of experimental models like fluid filtration model, fatique test models, thermocycling models etc can be prepared and displayed
7. The day and time of display will be informed after registering for the same
8. Winners in competition will get attractive prizes
